Hartley Blaha (Buddy)

Mr. Blaha founded P&D in 2020 while operating his FedEx Ground contracting business, Iron Works Logistics Inc. Recognizing that a better solution was desperately needed by the industry, the company was built from the ground up to specifically serve the parcel delivery market.
Under Mr. Blaha’s leadership, the company will continue to evolve and innovate to provide the best solutions for our customers and franchisees fulfilling our vision to be the preferred rental provider to the parcel delivery industry nationally.
Buddy began his career in 1987 in the mergers & acquisitions department of Lehman Brothers Inc. In 2003, he joined Newell Rubbermaid as President, Corporate Development. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Sherrode Brown

Sherrode Brown is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of the company. With 15 years of experience in running logistics operations, including at Iron Works Logistics, and a background in the insurance industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Mr. Brown holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University.

Kellin McDonald

Mr. McDonald is the inaugural franchisee of P&D and has been in operation since 2020 with a current fleet of 21 trucks. Kellin began his career in logistics as a FedEx contractor growing his business from 4 trucks to 16 before selling it in 2020.
He continues to be an owner in several logistics businesses that operate a wide range of vehicles from box trucks to 18 wheelers. Kellin also does work as a consultant on the sale of last mile logistics companies.
